The key roles and responsibilities include:
Provide efficient and effective management of the Nursing Team
Promote collaboration within the multidisciplinary team and facilitate
good communication with patients, their families, staff and all
clinical departments. Management of all Nurses
Essential:
Recognised nursing qualification
Registered with NMBI General Division and have full work permits
Managerial experience in Elderly Care in Ireland is required
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated and enthusiastic, exhibiting ability to manage
Nursing Team at all times
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal
communication abilities.
Ability to work on own initiative
